You can talk to yourself ! and it's OK

So this is what happened.. I'm the King of Cookoo land.

Let me explain to you,

For example when i take a shower it takes me almost an hour, 5 minutes to take bath and the remaining i just stand under the shower fighting dragons, demons, killing men at war , hitting a cricket Six to the thunderous applause or even playing air guitar ( no ! not that one) untill my wife starts to screm 'abe! bathroom se bahar nikal'( get out of the bathroom). So this one time i got carried away and here i was at work , all alone ( my co worker at the bank), i just cut loose, I was fighting this gang of teens and finally when i won i was giving my 'victory speech' ... and my co worker enters , i must say ... that was really awkward, embarassing to be caught during the "Victory Speech" . I must have scared the living hell out of her, but she's a great pretender, she pretended as if she didn't see it .. pew that was close call :P

So I pick up my wife in the evening and I told her what happened , Told her how i got caught talking to myself, expecting her to laugh and fall off the car, This is what happened next..

Her :"Oh ! my God"

Me : WHAT?

Her: You talk to Yourself?

Me: yyyeha ! so ? I bet everyone else does !!

Her: Oh No! How long this is going on?

Me: Why? Something wrong?

Her: First thing i want you to do when we go to India is YOU see the 'Doc' !

Me : WHATTT?

Her: You know "it" runs in your family?

Me: WHATTT? Why it's OK to sing when you are alone but not talk?

Her: I don't know, I don't know !! don't ask me, it's just not right!

Me: You are not saying i'm crazy are you?

Her: I don't know ... we'll find out when we go back home..

So people ! It's really (not) OK to talk or fight imaginary dragons while you are alone. But even if you do ! don't tell your wife/Husband

Revisiting the ruins of a ghost blog .

Wow ! It's been a while i've been here. So many things changed in the last few months, Don't know if you will be interested in it anymore :P , (but i have been lurking you as always :P) anyways ... here are few things that happened in Grey's life

1. Fired the maid, now I have taken over the chores, not that i'm complaining, we are saving little money now. She got terminated over the phone, and she fired left and right at Daphne, Very abusive, but then it was good, it wasn't face to face. Her sister came and took the salary ( Although our ex maid 'donated' her salary to us 'beggers' :P  )

2. My other blog is doing quite well, Indian Indie scene has always been my passion, and i think i'm doing the right thing. Getting 700 hits a day :P

3. Work sucks as usual, Business is VERY bad, 

don't remember the last time we got incentives, Next three months are going to be even badder.

4. AJ has grown up ! It's amazing to watch him. He's become Mr Smartypants since he has started to go to the baby sitting. Maid just made him watch TV , but now he know's to sing 'Ba ba Batti ( blacksheep) ... It's amazing

5.Thats it folks, life's kinda stagnant at the same time it's flowing in other places.

That moment could have changed our lives forever.

We were at the Marina Mall to do some shopping , as usual we wanted to eat some junk food, since there was someone at the elevator already we decieded to take the escaltor, as soon as we reached the top the wheel got stuck and in the fraction of the moment i decieded to lift the pram and my son wasn't buckled ... it was all shaky , he could have fell down from the first floor or may be its my imagination ... whatever... it all happened in 2 seconds... Needless to say i was shaking .... I made a promise to my wife that i will NEVER EVER take the escaltor with the pram .

Tonight we could have spent nights at different locations ( me being in the lockup for sure ) but i believe its God's Grace. And i can't thank HIM enough .

Now i have a reason to be upset :(

Got my test results ... hearts fine ... got thyroid ... a mild one ... no medications yet ... been asked to comeback after 2months .... I'm So depressed .... Think i could cry ...

Wait ... I'm Kidding ... I got thyroid ... mild one, but i aint depressed .... am I ? OMG ! i'm so screwed :(

BTW ... The Evil wife is having a blast .... she's loving the way i go check my throat every 2 minuts :P

This just didn't happen , WTF ?

Sometimes things happen so quick , there is not enough time for reflex or shit , and you are left murmuring WTF ?

First Incident :  Ever been in a situation that some prick thinks you are invisible ? I am walking with my wife, and the dude stares at her as if she's gonna leave my arm and run away with him. I mean WTF ??? Dude !! WTF ?? DO I LOOK INVISIBLE?

Second Incident : The dude opposite to my shop , walks towards me , i see a 20KD note in his hand, obvious that he wants change, just when he is few yards away from me, he puts the note in his mouth 'digs in' and adjusts his massive balls, and then...... shakes my hand. I was startled , wait thats not the word,  WTF ???? yeah ! WTF ??? does he think i am BLIND.... Been eating with spoon since last two days now .

Apparently I'm gonna live

Yey! apparently there is nothing wrong with me apart from a very stupid undeveloped brain . I went to the hospital today and did my ECG ( EKG) and 'bling bling' the hearts good, beating as it should be. So i am going to live untill a bull rams me in the hole ... Untill then see y'all around !

Tomorrow i got cholestrol test :(  

I ate a Mentos

Yes i did ... after a long long while, why that is the title of this blogpost ??? i don't know ! Don't ask me either, I know it's kinda lame, but i like it :P

     Well some news ! I have kinda pain ( or i think that is pain ) in my chest . Daf is pestering me to get my ECG done , skipped it twice because i know it's a waste of money . The problem is i am having 'broken heart syndrome' .. Wooooooo ! big words there ! but me knows meself ! Since my son has started going to baby sitting i am missing him a lot ! Most of the week i have work from 2pm . So we play a lot , eat , then take a small nap ! But its over now, he goes to baby sitting by 9am and i am all alone at home .
We had to let our nanny go because she was getting out of hand ( although she is doing only 2 hours in the morning now ) so we told her polietly to search for another job. Also it was for AJ's better , since the "Nanny-i'm-on-the-phone" has been non-stop blabbering with all her friends ( f##k free Incoming calls ) and cared damn about work. We were worried that AJ would end up a "farmer"  with her way of upbringing .  Now at this new place he knows to give 'fly kiss' , 'shake hand' and 'show nose'  many other thing which a normal toddler would do.  

 OK back to the story .. ECG .. i skipped it . Daphne is pretty upset . but i promised i will do it surely on Sunday . 

 Why i wrote this post ? I don't know ... my other blog is getting 500 visits a day but none of them connect as you would do . Am i here for sympathy ? NO NO! Just wanted you to know thats all. 

 So i ate a mentos ,wanted to drink a diet coke on top of it for the fun out of it , 'Norbit' said don't do it. Do your ECG first , just incase ....

Little bit of this and a little bit of that.

So what i am upto these days ? not much... same old shit in a different flavour. Blogging, lurking and lots of non-facebooky forums . Thats how this blog is malnutritioned right now. I feel bad though, but then one less blog won't hurt much.
Life is going on as usual, business is down, AJ is growing up, wife is busy with work. Some kid broke my car antenna, my best friends wife delivered a baby girl ... she called me at 3am, (since i am the one with the car,) i picked her up from Ras al Salmiya , sped to Al Sabha Maternity , on the way her water broke and i am too lazy to clean the stains . This is not the first time, couple of years ago My wife's water broke in the front seat . Didn't clean that one either. ( but i told her i did :P) .

thats it for now... more juicy details about Grey's life later.

Flying car in Kuwait , Finally !

Dinner at PIZZA INN, SALMIYA

Well ! after reading Rayboys review of the new Pizza Inn we decieded to visit Pizza Inn at Souk Salmiya or better known as the City Centre Mall . It wasn't that difficult for me to locate the place as i am a frequent visitor to the mall .Nice interior , brightly lit place as opposed to some poorly lit popoular dine-in's . A+ service , Nice menu card ( since Ray has written most of the stuff i won't repeat it here )
awesome Pizza's ... this pepperoni tasted like a little piece of heaven ( OK a bit exaggerated )

Finally ! if picture do speak a thousand words, i must say two things about the pictures of Pizza Inn.

1. I need a new Cellphone with better Picture quality .
2. Great place guys ! Great pizza's , top class service, you gotta check it out.
